*Our products are only delivered within the United Arab Emirates currently.*

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment verification. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to inventory checks.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer personal delivery by our store staff across the United Arab Emirates, typically arriving within 3 - 5 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on:

Package weight/size

Destination

Shipping speed

Free shipping promotions (if applicable) apply to orders over Dhs300 only. International duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships.

5. Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is complete and error-free. We’re not responsible for lost/misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of ordering.

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details. Unopened items may be returned within 15 days at the customer’s shipping cost.
